A common issue that arises is that a unit arrives and you are unable to log in to it. The solution for this is to ensure that the correct details are being used to log in and that the account details you are trying to log in with have not changed.

It is possible that the unit still has the factory login details configured. The login details used at the factory are:
If this does not grant you access to the unit it is possible someone else has already logged in and claimed the admin user. To resolve this try logging in as a different user. We suggest trying the engineer account as it has the same privileges as the admin account.
