If you are struggling to find your TCG 01-E or TCG 02-E it may be because the clock is configured for DHCP networking and it is connected to a device which does not act as a DHCP server (e.g. a computer).
If this is the case, when Tekron's E-series clocks fail to find a DHCP address, they fall back to an IP address of 0.0.0.0. Changes to Windows 7 and newer operating systems prevent this IP address being discovered by the Tekron Configuration tool. Tekron has developed a tool which will provide the clock with an IP address to aid the discover of the clock.
The Zip folder below contains the tool, and a guide to connect to the clock. This process requires the use of Wireshark, and must be downloaded before beginning.
