Please note if a user has lost the admin password for the unit then the device needs to be returned to Tekron under RMA for reprogramming.
Tekron devices are designed with a ‘no backdoor’ policy in place, which means that if the user could not log in into admin user of the unit, then the device will need to be returned to Tekron to reset the password.
